Prior to the housekeeper’s first visit, we will sign a contract that precisely specifies all of the terms of the housekeeper’s work. 
Regular housekeeping and ironing services are charged per hour.
The agency guarantees the accuracy, respectability and discretion of its housekeepers.

Price list valid as of 1. 9. 2023.

  • Prices are VAT exclusive: 10 % VAT is charged for household cleaning;
  • 21 % VAT is added when the service is charged to a business. 
  • Minimum service: 3 hours/week.
  • There is a surcharge for transportation outside of the Prague Integrated Transport System.
  • *max. CZK 15,000 with a 3-month guarantee! The placement fee is a one-off charge and is billed 10 days following the housekeeper’s or nanny’s first day at work in the given household.
  • The agency guarantees the service of the selected personnel for a period of 3 months.

Five reasons to order a housekeeper from us:

  1. We employ and select all of our housekeepers using advanced recruitment procedures. We know their family situation and work history. In case of illness of your permanent housekeeper we will offer you a fill in.
  2. Each housekeeper receives professional training on cleaning techniques. They are able to use standard and special cleaning products to clean up quickly and efficiently.
  3. A qualified company manager will recommend the most suitable way of maintaining your apartment or house during a visit. We distinguish different types of surfaces – floors, furniture and other equipment in the apartment. We ensure professional maintenance of the most demanding materials in modern homes. We can supply cleaning products for wholesale prices on a regular basis.
  4. You only pay for what the housekeeper has actually performed and what you confirm with your signature in a worksheet. Payment is made by bank transfer based on an invoice once per month.
  5. We fully cover any damage incurred. Smaller demonstrable damage not exceeding CZK 1,000 is settled without undue delay; any larger damage will be covered by the insurance company.

In addition, if you have a business, you can include the cost of your domestic staff into direct taxable costs. Please check with your accountant.
