We offer regular and reliable babysitting for children from 6 weeks of age at the client's home place. Our goal is happy, healthy and contented child which is the main criterion for the nanny selection. All our nannies signed a contract with the Agency and had to undergo introductory tests. The emphasis is placed not only on proper qualification but the applicant also has to be experienced in the area. All applicants have to pass psychological tests. We have the knowledge of their family situation and we guarantie their penal integrity. The jobs are allocated according to the available time schedule and the place of living of the particular nanny.
Nannies go through continuous training in the realm of paediatrics, first aid and injury prevention. They attend regular nannies meetings organised by the Agency connected with lectures and workshops on various topics, which they can use in their job (for example: "games for pre-schoolers", "what is dyslexia", "new trends in baby feeding", "collective feeding", "cousins or enemies?", "conflicts solutions" and others.")
You can contact us with your needs by phone or you can fill in the Order form and the agency operator will settle the details with you by phone.
As soon as the Agency chooses the right nanny for long term co-operation it contacts the customer and gives him or her all the necessary information about the candidate (name, age, place of living, education, professional career and other abilities). If the client is satisfied with the chosen candidate, it is followed by the visit of the agency operator who comes to the client's home and introduces the nanny. If everything is all right the nanny starts to work according to the client's instructions. The number of work hours is noted in "Labour List" which is signed by the customer and used as the basis for the monthly backward invoice payment.
The Agency is insured against the damage caused when fulfilling the job duties with Kooperativa Insurance Company.
