Individual nanny choice
The nanny is chosen based on special requirement of the customer for single fee. Paying the wages for nanny’s work later is the responsibility of the client.
This service is mainly used by the customers who want to hire a full time nanny and want to have their child to by taken care by one person without any unnecessary personal changes.
In a special agreement the client states his/her special requirements and the agency organises special competition. It evaluates psychological, pedagogical and professional experience of the applicants. The client will be offered not less then two candidates who fulfil the basic competition criteria. The client chooses the nanny during the personal meeting. The agency then takes into account client’s and nanny’s comments and prepares the agreement which states the rights and duties of both the nanny and the client.
Mediator commission in the amount of 8 000,- Kč is due after the nanny starts to work for the family. The Agency guaranties the nanny’s services for the period of two months.
